Rock the Ring Scholarship
The Rock the Ring Scholarship is organized by the Traditions Committee, a committee in FAST, to award those who are eligible to receive their Aggie ring. One week in both the Fall and Spring semesters, FAST freshmen sell cookies and T-shirts to raise money for this Scholarship.
The freshmen then host an application and interview process to select the deserving Aggies to be awarded. Last year we were able to award 7 Aggie Ring scholarships!
This event is done not only to grant scholarships to Aggies who are deserving of their Rings, but also in remembrance of a FAST counselor who dedicated so much to this organization and this cause.
